Thank you for choosing Loc Siddhi. As a Sisterlock Trainee, I specialize in sisterlocks with natural hair. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Booking Policies
Consultations Required
All installations and new transfer clients require a consultation. After your consultation, you may select an installation date, which must be secured with a deposit.
Deposit Requirements
A deposit is required to book your appointment. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments must be secured with a deposit.
Reschedule Policy
One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. For installations, the remaining balance must be paid in full before rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Installation Timeline
Installations must be scheduled within 60 days of the original consultation. After 60 days, a new consultation will be required.
Appointment Guidelines
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with your hair washed, clean, and product-free for Consultation. Free wash included with retightening service.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your total cost. After 20 minutes, the appointment will need to be canceled. If you are running late, please notify me via text or phone to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Guests
No guests are allowed unless a child is being serviced. In that case, one adult may accompany the child.
Service Integrity
Pricing
All prices are non-negotiable. Thank you for understanding and respecting the value of my work and expertise.
The remaining balance should be paid by Cash (preferred method). Credit/Debit card, Apply and Google pay are options however 2.9% processing fee will be applied to final balance. Name on card must match license.
Right to Refuse Service
Loc Siddhi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these guidelines.
