Descripción del servicio
Todas las consultas son presenciales. No son reembolsables. El costo de la consulta se deducirá del costo total del paquete de establecimiento.
Política de cancelación
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your total cost. After 20 minutes, the appointment will need to be canceled. If you are running late, please notify me via text or phone to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Consultations Required All sisterlock installations and transfer clients require a consultation. After your consultation, you may select an appointment date, which must be secured with a deposit. Hair Preparation Please come to appointment with hair clean and product free. Payment Requirements Full payment for a consultation is required to book your appointment. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reschedule Policy One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
